God Told Me To Impregnate My Church Members –Pastor

The police in Enugu on Friday said that Timothy Ngwu, a self-acclaimed pastor and founder of Vineyard Ministry of the Holy Trinity claimed that God told him to impregnate 20 members of his church

The randy pastor, our sources said was arrested by police detectives at the premises of his church, located at Ihe /Owerre, in Nsukka, Enugu State.

The deputy superintendent of police and image maker for the Enugu state police command said that the suspect, on being drilled confess that  he was obeying God’s command to have a marathon sex with the female members of his church, that led to their being pregnant.

In his words, “The pastor claims to be obeying prophetic/spiritual injunction to do the will of God, which is to impregnate any one chosen and revealed by the Holy Spirit, irrespective of whether the woman is married or not.

“When the woman is delivered of the baby, the child remains in the ministry with the mother for life.”

Soldiers kill 103 terrorists in Borno, Nigeria

Soldiers have killed no fewer than 103 suspected members of the Boko Haram terrorist group in two different attacks in Borno State.

A statement posted on the Defence Headquarters official website, defence.info.mil.ng, stated that 50 insurgents were killed in the clash with troops at Miyanti and Bulungu when their makeshift camps were raided.

It added that troops discovered a fuel dump used by the insurgents.

Some of the terrorists’ vehicles and seven motorcycles were also destroyed by the troop during the raid.

The defence authorities also said that the soldiers also captured 15 rifles, 11 machine guns, hundreds of ammunition from the insurgents.

The statement added that men of the Multinational Joint Task Force killed 53 insurgents in another encounter at Duguri near the nation’s border with Niger Republic.

According to the statement, 18 rifles, five general purpose machine guns, 25 hand grenades and materials for making Improvised explosive devices were recovered in the second attack.

However, two soldiers lost their lives in the clash while five others sustained different degrees of injuries.

The statement said troops also arrested 15 terror suspects in Abuja and recovered seven pistols, swords and other dangerous materials from them.

Arequiem mass organised for the late Socrates of the Supreme Court, Justice Chukwudifu Oputa at his country home in Oguta Local Government Area of Imo State was disrupted yesterday, when the first son of the former erudite judge, Charles Oputa, a.k.a Charley Boy prevented Governor Rochas Okorocha from paying tribute to his father.

Eye witnesses said that the mass which was conducted by the Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Rt Rev. Matthew Hassan Kukah at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oguta, went on smoothly until Okorocha was permitted by the Bishop to pay his tribute to the fallen judge.

However, Chief Okorocha, was stopped midway into his speech, by Charley Boy who was visibly infruiated with Kukah for granting the governor the permission to speak. He walked up angrily to the altar and snatched the micro-phone from the governor, to the embarrassment of all the dignitaries present. It was a disgrace to the governor.

Among eminent Nigerians present at the church service included representative of President Goodluck Jonathan, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, Governors Willie Obiano (Anambra), Theodore Orji (Abia); the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Chief Emeka Ihedioha and former governors of Anambra State, Senator Chris Ngige and Mr Peter Obi respectively.

The intervention of Bishop Kukah could not assuage Charly Boy’s anger as he insisted that no politician would take advantage of his father’s burial to score “cheap political” goals. He insisted that the Governor should not speak at the event.

However, obviously embarrassed by Charley Boy’s action, the Governor and members his entourage hurriedly left the church service mid -way, despite entreaties from the officiating Bishop Kuka for them to stay on.

It was gathered that Charly Boy’s action followed a recent statement by Government House, Owerri, to the effect that the Oputa family was given N20 million to assist it in the burial arrangements.

Sources, however, said that “the family never received a dime from either Okorocha or the state government, not to talk of the alleged N20 million said to have been made available to them,’’ as reported by a section of the media.

According to reports, Wakanow had promised to move fans from Sao Paulo to Porto Alegre on Wednesday morning, to meet up with the game but failed to keep that promise.

One of the fan who spoke with reporters, said "Most of us left Nigeria believing that we were going to Porto Alegre. We were surprised to be brought to Sao Paulo. And they are (the fans) are alleging that this has all the tell tale signs of scam."

To make matters even worse, the travel agency allegedly purchased tickets for 50 people ONLY whom they felt would make trouble with the traveling agency, leaving more than 500 fans stranded. It was gathered that the rest of them spent sleepless night at the airport waiting for a flight which never came.

NightClub Where Cannabis Worth $1 Million Is Grown

When police raided the old Apollo nightclub building in Porth, Wales, (bottom right) they discovered more than 1,000 cannabis plants. The three-storey building had only been empty for around three months. 

The bar areas and dance floors inside the building (left and top right) were found to be vast growing spaces converted solely for the use of cannabis production. Two men, believed to be foreign nationals, have been arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis.

Pay It Back Or Go To Prison: Woman Goes Shopping Spree With Local Council Cash

A single mother who went on a huge shopping spree after discovering £52,000 had mistakenly been put into her bank account has been ordered to pay it back - or face prison.

Michaela Hutchings, 23, spent £9,000 on designer shoes, handbags and sunglasses in a two-day spending splurge after finding the transfer from her local council.

She also gave her mother £1,000 in cash and put £40,000 into a savings account, before she was caught by police on April 24 last year.

A judge spared her prison when she admitted dishonesty and retaining a wrongly-credited bank transfer when she appeared at Stafford Crown Court.

However, she now has six months to repay the money or serve 20 months in prison.

She was also given a 12-month community order and ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work.

A confiscation hearing at Stafford Crown Court on Tuesday ordered her to repay £52,465.21 - the £51,821.34 bank transfer plus £643.87 interest.

Most of the money has been recovered but Hutchings still owes a total of £5,733.77 from the designer clothes and interest which was accrued.

If she fails to repay the money by Christmas Eve she will be jailed for one year and eight months.

A police spokesman said: 'The clothing and accessories will now be sold at auction in order to help pay the Confiscation Order.

Justin Bieber was involved in a car crash in Beverley Hills on Tuesday afternoon.

The singer was a passenger in a black Cadillac Escalade which was hit from the side by another car, a BMW SUV, outside Mastro's restaurant in Beverly Hills.

Bieber wasn't hurt in the collision, which sources say was "minor".

A source told the Mirror Online: "A car that Justin was in earlier today was hit, it was very minor.

 "Justin was a passenger in the car but he is fine."

Steak restaurant Mastro's is where he took his rumoured girlfriend Selena Gomez just a few days ago.

The star was spotted wearing a black cap (as usual), black shorts and white trainers and reportedly got back into the car shortly after the incident.

There was minor damage to both cars, and it is still not clear who was driving the BMW.

Lloyd Butler, 39, should have been taken to hospital rather than into custody, an inquest has ruled

This footage shows how police officer watched porn at work while a man was dying of a heart attack in his cells.

He was arrested for appearing to be drunk and incapable, but should have been taken to hospital, jurors said.

Footage released by West Midlands Police shows police watching porn on a work computer, laughing and swearing while Mr Butler went into cardiac arrest, the Birmingham Mail reports.

The hearing was also told that officers made personal phone calls and visited inappropriate websites, including a page where “women were offering sex”.

His death in August 2010 prompted an Independent Police Complaints Commission investigation.

A misconduct hearing was held in January 2013, leading to two members of police staff receiving written warnings and a third being given further training. "They also found that once in custody, proper checks were not adequately carried out and visits were not maintained on schedule.

The watchdog's inquiry also found that a police constable surfed the internet and made personal calls rather than monitoring CCTV footage of Mr Butler's cell. Meanwhile, improper entries were made in the custody record alleging that officers were checking more often and more thoroughly than actually occurred.

Sudan Death Row Woman Meriam Ibrahim 'Re-Arrested'

A Sudanese woman freed from death row on Monday has been arrested with her family at Khartoum airport, sources have told the BBC.

Meriam Ibrahim was sentenced to hang in May for renouncing Islam, sparking widespread outrage at home and abroad.

About 40 security agents detained Mrs Ibrahim - along with her husband, Daniel Wani and two children - at the airport, the sources said.

On Monday, Mr Wani said the family intended to leave for the US.

Mrs Ibrahim was released from prison after an appeal court annulled the death sentence imposed on her.

Kanye West claims people don't "understand" his "interracial relationship" with Kim Kardashian.

Spain Swears In New King

Felipe VI has been officially sworn in as the new king of Spain at the country's parliament.

His accession to the throne follows the abdication of his father Juan Carlos.

The retiring monarch handed over to his son at midnight, in the first royal transition in the country since the introduction of democracy with the death of dictator General Franco in 1975.

Felipe VI was formally sworn in at a low-key ceremony in parliament on Thursday, without the usual pomp and ceremony associated with a royal coronation, in recognition of the hardship still being endured by many Spaniards.

The 46-year-old was wearing military uniform with a sash, and took an oath of loyalty to Spain's constitution before giving an address.

He was then honoured with a military parade before being driven through the sunny streets of central Madrid with his wife, Queen Letizia, a former journalist, along a route decorated with red and yellow flowers - the colours of Spain's flag.

Well, Mani Manithan has been walking in reverse around the town of Tirupattur, in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu for more than a quarter of a century. He really does walk backwards everywhere, at home, on the streets and even while climbing stairs or using public transport.

With a skimpy nude bra on under the sheer shirt, Kimmy put a whole lotta cleavage on display as she rocked out on the side of the stage for Kanye's set. She paired the look with an olive jacket, white pants and heels, all while flaunting her tight tummy.

"Oh hey 100,000 people! #Bonnaroo," she captioned the photo above -- which shows her standing in front of a huge crowd of people, many of them holding up cameras to take her (and presumably Kanye's) photo.

The sighting comes after Kim was spotted in Mexico, where she posted a few more revealing photos in a white bikini.

Her mom, Kris Jenner, later followed those pics up with a swimsuit pic of her own.
